Maria Yraceburu is a diiyin/Lightning Shaman, an Elder, a Wisdomkeeper, a teacher and a traditional healer. Born into a lineage of shamans and trained from early childhood by her grandfather Apache Juan Ten Bears Yraceburu, her work is centered on the ancient oral traditions of the Apache Tlish diyan teachings and practices of Indigenous Earth. Maria has spoken at conferences and panels such as the United Nation's Dialouge on Peace and the 21st Millennium Congress. Her work has taken her all over the United States and she is honored and respect by Elders from around the world. She is the author of twenty-six books, and founder of Yraceburu EarthWisdom spiritual community.
