Kathleen is a certified shamanic teacher and practitioner as well as a Usui Reiki Master of Masters. She is co-founder of Live the Way of the Heart, LLC (https://www.livethewayoftheheart.com/) with Nancy MacPhee. Kathleen and Nancy co-teach in-person shamanic workshops and virtual including introduction to shamanism and the shamanic journey, their apprenticeships are over 100 hours of experiential learning, and a wide variety of workshops. They have also taught at Kripalu in Massachusetts. Kathleen teaches all levels of Usui Reiki also. Kathleen lives in Maine.
