Greetings. For those of you who have asked how to place banner advertising or listings on our new ShamanPortal.org site, here are a few short steps (If you have any questions, email info@shamanportal.org).

1. Become a Member for FREE.
2. Consider becoming a Fire Member ($120 annually) for great benefits. The most significant one allows you to post your activities – ticketed events – unlimitedly for 12 months. It’s ideal if you have many events.

Here is how to place banner advertising and Listings:

1. Go to “Member Access” on the top right of our home page. Click.
2. On the Member Dashboard, see a few icons and links: Listings, Wisdom, Article, Sponsorship, Subscriptions, Orders, Profile, Details, and Log Out.
3. Choose “Sponsorship.”
4. See –Become a Sponsor/Advertiser:
5. Create a New Ad. Fill out the info and upload your ad.
6. Billing model and Limit display – Choose from those three options:

–Cost per Click (CPC)

–Cost per View (CPM)

-Cost per Day (CPD)

It will calculate your cost automatically

5. Pay Now. Place  and activate your ads/banners
6. See User Panel for self-management
7. Choose any other options to post accordingly– Listings (3 categories), Wisdom (6 categories).

It’s that simple! It is beautiful to have your support and be able to support your sacred work as well. We also look forward to your blogs, articles, videos, and feedback.

• Q: How can I post my listing?

• A: If you want to list your events or become a resource, you must become a member. Simply, click the “ADD NEW LISTING” button and enter all the required information. Each posting can include one photo. Resources and Community sections are FREE. There is a $10 fee for each post in the Activities section.
• Q: Why become a member?
• A: You can post your activities, list yourself as a resource, add your website or blog links, and send us an article, lecture, or video for consideration. You can become a sponsor and advertise throughout our site.

• Why can’t I see the Activity post I just posted? I paid for it.

• A: There may be a few reasons:
  1. Could you let me know if you posted the activity under the correct geographical area? If your activity will take place in Africa, be sure to choose “Africa” when prompted to Select a Location. The post will then appear under this subcategory of the Activities section.
  2. Please be sure that the Start Date is later than the date you are posting and that the End Date is later than the Start Date.

• Q: Why can’t I see the Activity post I just posted? I paid for it.

• A: We reserve the right to remove any posts that do not adhere to our policies:
  1. Activities: Each post is for ONE EVENT only. Do not post your entire yearly calendar on one listing.
  2. Resources: Each post must fall under the resource subcategories. No spam, activities, or events are allowed.
  3. Community: Free listings open to all.
     • Free Events: For truly free events, we check your websites to see if you charge for the event you post.
     • Shamanic Circles: For ongoing Circles only. Your title should say Shamanic Circle and your location.
     • Community Outreach and Volunteering: No commercial events or announcements are permitted.
  4. Please help us keep the highest level of integrity in our listings.

• Q: How can I edit an old post?

• A: You can manage your posting and advertising through your Account. After you finish posting, you will receive an automatic response email with an EDIT link. Keep it for future editing. If you lose it, let us know your post ID#, and we will send you a link.

• Q: Why didn’t I receive a confirmation after I posted?

• A: The confirmation email, which includes the Edit link, is delivered to the email address you listed on your post.

• Q: How can I advertise my services on ShamanPortal?

• A: Go to your Account and become a sponsor. There are many opportunities you can let the world know about your work.

• Q: Why should I advertise on ShamanPortal?

• A: Contact us and send us your recommendation.

• Q: I’ve lost my password and username, and I can’t log on to the Talking Stick Forum. What do I do?

• Please let us know, and we will search our database for your information. Then you should re-register under a new username if we cannot find it.
