About Adam
Adam is a unique guide at the crossroads of rigorous academia and profound spiritual practice. Holding a PhD in Energy Governance from the University of Basel, Switzerland and a Masters from SOAS, London, he deciphers the complex systems that power our modern world. Yet, his understanding of energy runs even deeper.
Initiated into shamanic practice with a Yachag healer of the Kitchwa people in the Ecuadorian rainforest and trained in the UK, Adam discovered a fundamental truth: we are all beings of vibration. This led him to the transformative art of shamanic drum-making, learned under renowned Swiss shaman Irene Zumsteg, and to the powerful practice of sound healing. Adam has traveled extensively, working with healers from different communities around multiple continents. He lived for over a decade within the sacred landscape of Avebury, Wiltshire, where he honed his drum-making skills, eventually writing a guide to making sacred shamanic drums.
He has offered shamanic training and drum making workshops for over 20 years, working in English, Spanish, French and German. He currently lives and dreams in the Black forest at the crossroads between Switzerland, Germany and France, on the banks of the mighty Rhine.
