Tue Jan 7, 2025 3:00 PM – Tue Jan 14, 2025 4:30 PM EST

Online, Zoom

Step into a world where ancient wisdom and nature’s profound energies intertwine. Join us for two enlightening webinars led by Sangoma John Lockley, where we will explore the deep, sacred connections between humans, ancestors, animals, and plants.

In these two immersive sessions, John will share ancestral practices that have been passed down through generations, offering tools and insights to reconnect with the spiritual essence of the world around us. Learn how to:

  • Connect with Your Ancestors: Understand the role of ancestral spirits in guiding our paths and how to honor and communicate with them through time-honoured rituals.
  • Discover the Spirit of Animals: Recognize the unique energies of different animals and how their presence can guide us in our daily lives.
  • Tune into the Wisdom of Plants: Explore the healing powers of plants and their sacred roles from a South African Sangoma perspective, including ceremonial uses and everyday guidance.

This webinar is designed for anyone looking to deepen their spiritual practice, reconnect with nature, and find guidance in the ancient traditions that honour the interconnectedness of all beings. Whether you are a spiritual seeker, a lover of nature, or simply curious about traditional South African shamanism, this experience will open your heart and mind to new possibilities.

This two part webinar will take place on Tuesday Nov 5th and Tuesday Nov 12th. On both days the the webinar will start at 3pm NYC, 8pm UK, 9 pm CEST. It will last 1.5 hours. A recording will be available to all ticket holders for 30 days.

About John

John Lockley is one of the first white men, in recent history, to become a fully initiated sangoma in the Xhosa lineage of South Africa. John’s teacher Mum Ngwevu, a well-known Xhosa sangoma medicine woman, gave him the initiated name Ucingolwendaba, meaning messenger or connector between people and cultures. John now splits his time between South Africa, Europe, Canada and the U.S. For more information about John’s work you can read his book ‘Leopard Warrior’, listen to his audio course ‘Way of the Leopard’, both produced by Sounds True or visit his website www.johnlockley.com
