Trish Whelan once had the ultimate high-flying lifestyle. The Dubliner worked in the music industry, running the renowned record producer Nellee Hooper’s label and studio, working with the likes of U2 and Róisín Murphy and maintaining a diary packed with first-class flights and fabulous parties.
As enviable as it looked from the outside, the pace was taking its toll, prompting Whelan to seek out ways of finding a sense of calm. A friend introduced her to reiki, which led her to the discovery that would change her life: shamanic healing.
