I trained extensively with the *Four Winds Society* and studied directly under the *Q’ero Shamans of the High Andes*. This lineage is the heartbeat of my work. It’s not just theory to me; it’s a living, breathing connection to ancestral wisdom that I’ve been trusted to carry. By bridging these ancient traditions with a modern, trauma-informed perspective, I help people navigate the complexities of life today using what I like to call “old medicines for modern wounds.”

In my sessions, I blend traditional shamanic techniques, like Soul Retrieval and Illumination, with the high-vibration, channelled energy of Metatron. We work together to identify and shift the “heavy” energies that keep you feeling stuck or out of sync.
