We are enormously powerful beings with the capacity to manage energy in ways that bring us and others great joy and satisfaction. However, most of us constrict our energy and power by many different means that go unrecognized as normal. This 10-week course is designed to spot those constrictions, and dispense with them in a healthy loving way.
