Based in the beautiful UNESCO heritage site of the UK Lake District, Mindful Rewilding is a hybrid of mindfulness in nature, ecopsychology and ancient, indigenous wisdom. We offer mindfulness in nature courses, ecopsychology and mindfulness training along with courses in ancient wisdom traditions.
Mindful rewilding is opportunity to pause and break free from the constraints of modern living. Our mission is to bring you thought provoking blogs, videos and courses that open the door to a deeper connection with the beautiful planet that we live on. When you begin to mindfully re-wild you create the opportunity to re-establish the innate connection with nature mindfulness that you were born with. Join us. Reconnect, slow down and find your natural rhythm. Want to discover more? As a thank you for visiting us, we’ve created a free mindfulness in nature resources page for you.
