I was walking home new years night and I was very cold from the wind blowing into my coat.
Being half-asleep and pretty out of it... I think I beat up a wind spirit!
I desperately want to make things right. I would never have done that in my right mind. I tried to send one of my spirits to go help him and am doing some ho'oponopono work to try and not have this happen to him again.

I seriously doubt you "beat up" a wind spirit.... more likely it was the other way around. Give thanks for this experience, and pay attention next time, not wander about "out of it."

You may have had a little spontaneous edge work, which has happened to me, but I really doubt you beat anything up. Especially a wind spirit, which I usually call an elemental, they can't be harmed very easily, if at all.
