I can't be 100 percent sure, but I'm pretty sure I hear the LHC at Cern.

This started a few weeks ago, when I became aware that when my head was tilted at a certain angle, I could hear very powerful, low frequency pulses. It was hard to tell if they originated within me, or if I was picking them up. It wasn't enjoyable and I felt much better when I turned my head at an angle where I couldn't hear it.

Over the last few weeks, the puluse has gotton much stronger. It wakes me and one of my cats up at the same time every morning. He howls, I wake up and hear the powerful throbbing of this machine at around 5:00 a.m. my time.

I have noticed that sometimes it isn't throbbing, but it's one continuous hum. At other times it throbs.

I think the throbbing is when it's ramping up.

The hum is when it's ramped up and ready for a collision.

I think I heard the collision for the first time yesterday. The hum ramped up to a higher and higher frequency until it peaked. Then it died right down to the lower pitched, but consistent hum.

So I think they're doing very high energy collisions there now, and I wonder what kind of particles they are colliding these days.

Today, I hear no humming.

I don't expect to hear any tomorrow.

I will post if I hear it on Monday.

I'll post the times, and what kind of hum it is.

If anything changes, I'll post that too, even if it means interrupting what I'm doing.

It's my own little science experiement to find out of my conclusion matches my observation.

Wouldn't it be great if I could get that thing shut down do to noise complaints?

If I can hear it, I wonder why? Is it that it's getting really loud, or is the energy affecting space time?

I also felt myself dissolve a little. I've never felt that before.

At 1:49 EST I heard the pulses. At 1:50 they have stopped.

At around 7:00 pm, I hear a faint hum. So it's not likely CERN as I don't imagine they're running the machine at 1:00 a.m., unless it's idling.

The signals have been pretty weak compared to what they were, which is fine with me.

I'd still like to know what the source is.

Since it's been so sporatic, I won't update unless it becomes very strong and prolonged, like it was last week.

How far away from the LHC do you live?

It's far. Please keep in mind that when I began posting here, I was going out of my mind - most of that is detailed in the dreams section.

I still hear the buzzing, pulsing, etc.

It got pretty intense this week several times. I noticed that oncomming cars tended to produce that sound, although it doesn't completely explain why I often hear it before dawn, when everything is shut down, including the town in which I live.

I'm sure there's a logical explanation for it. :)
