Is it possible to help heal your sun burn with shaman healing?

Absolutely! (Personally...I'd use the blue goo with aloe and lanacane. Then I'd do a shamanic journey to understand why I let myself get burned in the first place and what my lesson/learning is.) Shine! Mark

Western Occultists have a saying, "As Above, So Below," and of course, a big part of walking the shamanic path is recognizing that all things are related. What affects the spirit form affects the physical form and vice versa, so having your spirit form healed will help the sun burn recover.
It would been even more effective if you covered the other angle and put some salve on it. Even better if you use plant medicine, and consult the spirits of the plants first.
