I keep seeing a blue light sometimes the shape of a small dot and sometimes the shape of a softball. I see it almost everyday. What can this mean? I started practicing Shamanism. Can it has something to do with that?

As we are conected to everything and this includes the light you are seeing I would ask the blue light what it means.

I would like to know this too. I see them too for many years. I have asked and have not gotten a reply. They appear randomly. I have yet to notice a pattern. If I ever find out what they are or mean, I will post here.

Thinking more about this and i should have maybe suggested this to start with. If you are seeing this with your eyes closed it could very well be that you are using your 3rd Eye and seeing these colours through this.
