Two separate shamans now have confirmed that spirits from another universe have come to this one, and have been wrecking havoc on my energies.

I'd like feedback or help.

So far, what I know is this:

1 when they are doing something, they usually do a high-vibrational (positive) form of energy work, but it has unforeseen consequences/effects that works to their benefit. Best example being when they pulled out part of my third eye because it had real energy blocks in it, but really they took it so I couldn't see them well anymore.

2 they are not from this universe at all.

3 they don't want to be seen or known.

4 they are not factored into people's karmic lifeplans, so they are very disruptive to that.

5 not only do I need to address the blocks in my own "programming" allowing them to attack me, but the universe itself needs some form of boundaries to keep them out.

I really could use any input or help, thank you.
