I have been fortunate to have been offered a healing session for some health issues I have. Obviously, I will pay for the time of the lady I am working with but I have read somewhere that it is important to offer thanks to the spirits as a way of giving back when you are recieving something (plus I would always take a gift for a host or hostess). What would make a good offering or token? My gut instinct is to make something, maybe a cake. Does have anyone have any advice to offer pls?
