In a shallow trance state, when logic is shut off, I felt compelled to ask my soul to destroy one of my energies. I asked for my helpers to put it back together, or rebuild it somehow, but I still feel an empty space where it should be. Could it be they can't reconstruct it if they never saw it? Could it be I am blocking them from helping me? I know some of them should be capable.

Anyone else have a situation like this?
