I too live in this area, but I am a beginner and dont know how to get started. plus Im not yet able to get out and around (I need a car) .

Actually that describes me really well too! I actually got interested in shamanism a while ago, and I haven't done anything related for a few months. I'm a high school student - I don't have a car either.

yeah, im a high school student too. I found one drumming cd online for free and a guide on what to do but it was a fail because the site i got the cd from was in german and the instructions didnt match up. ive read that journys dont always work the first few times but I think it would be better to work with an experienced shaman.
