I have completed my training as Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am a member of IACP, the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychology. I am a qualified Reiki Master and have been practising Reiki for 5 years. I am a member of the Irish Reiki Federation. I am a full mesa carrier and have the Earthkeeper and Starkeepers rites from the Q'ero Shamanic lineage of Peru. I completed the Light Body School training and the Medicine Wheel with the Four Winds School, Utah. I have also trained with the Rainbow Jaguar of Peru and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, in the U.K. I am a member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners.

I am available for one to one sessions for shamanic counselling, soul retrieval, illuminations, extractions, reiki, shamanic reiki and psychotherapy.
